Consignment terms

KartMart will accept secondhand stock on consignment upon inspection and after terms have been accepted by the owner.

• The stock will be on consignment for a minimum of 40 days.

• KartMart minimum percentage 10% whist sold by KartMart

• Removal of kart within the 40 day period will incur $50.00 fee* (cover advertising, phone calls & floor space).

• Any additional expenses will be applied only after owners approval (engine report, repair, customer offers).

• KartMart is not liable for loss or damage of consignment item/s. If insurance is required, it is the responsibility of the owner
